Account Manager

About the role

FDH Aero is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue growth and manage customer relationships within its aerospace and defense supply‑chain business. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to order fulfillment, while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales process for assigned accounts and territory.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships to identify needs and recommend FDH solutions.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, close deals and ensure seamless order execution.
• Achieve the annual sales quota and convert qualified leads into closed opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, pipeline status and customer interactions.
• Monitor account profitability, update rolling forecasts monthly and manage product‑cost changes.
• Coordinate with sales managers, BDMs and support teams to meet key performance indicators.
