About the role
As a Brand Specialist within Amazon Vendor Services, you will manage relationships with key vendors, driving growth and optimizing product performance on Amazon’s platform. You will work across merchandising, buying, inventory, finance and online marketing to deliver results for both vendors and Amazon.
Key responsibilities
- Establish long‑term partnerships with assigned vendors and coordinate with Retail Category teams.
- Build and execute joint business plans, set KPIs and drive growth.
- Conduct deep‑dive analysis of vendor issues, publish recommendations and action plans.
- Lead regular business reviews (WBRs, MBRs) with vendors, track performance metrics.
- Design and analyze marketing campaigns to increase traffic, brand awareness and revenue.
- Manage operational aspects of vendor business, perform root‑cause analysis and resolve issues.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, able to convey complex business concepts.
- Customer‑centric, analytical and results‑driven mindset.
- Experience in vendor or account management, preferably in e‑commerce.
Required skills
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with e‑commerce platforms and online marketing tools.
- Understanding of inventory, finance and merchandising processes.
