Account Management Specialist / Supervisor

About the role

The Account Management Specialist / Supervisor will drive growth by acquiring and managing large corporate clients for Ayvens' sustainable mobility and fleet‑leasing solutions. You will act as the main point of contact for CXOs, presenting leasing as a tool to improve efficiency, employee satisfaction and environmental impact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and sign large corporates for long‑term mobility and fleet‑management contracts.
• Maintain regular communication with CXOs, providing status updates and growth plans.
• Proactively assess client needs and propose tailored leasing solutions.
• Generate new leads through existing client networks, dealers and marketing activities.
• Deliver daily presentations to prospects and keep the sales pipeline up to date.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to organise events and launch campaigns that attract new corporate customers.
• Update the internal lead‑management tool with accurate lead statuses.

• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet annual sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand complex client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
