About the role

The Planning & QS Engineer will be responsible for quality assurance and control of construction works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards.

Key responsibilities

Evaluate contractor payment applications and issue interim payment certificates.
Track project costs against budget and manage variations and change orders.
Develop and maintain the master schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project, monitor progress and identify delays.
Conduct look‑ahead planning, prepare progress, cost reports and dashboards for the client.
Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and stakeholders, attend site meetings and support the Project Manager in decision‑making.

Required profile

Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 9 years of experience in construction planning and quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of project cost control, schedule variance analysis and value engineering.

Required skills

Primavera P6 or MS Project scheduling software.
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
AutoCAD and Revit.
