About the role
We are looking for a Site Supervisor (Civil Engineer) to lead civil works at the Muthoot Pappachen Centre of Excellence in Trivandrum. You will ensure that construction activities follow design specifications, material usage matches the bill of quantities, and quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all civil works from foundation through finishing stages.
- Track material arrivals and utilisation against the bill of quantities.
- Monitor quality of work against approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and vendors to resolve site issues.
- Maintain accurate site records and support bill certification.
Required profile
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of site experience (8–10 years for Diploma holders).
- Fluency in Malayalam and English.
- Strong integrity, discipline and ownership of quality.
Required skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Knowledge of Indian Standards (IS codes).
