About the role
Lenovo is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across large strategic enterprise accounts in the North Region. The role requires a consultative, solution‑focused approach to help customers solve complex business challenges with Lenovo’s portfolio of AI‑enabled devices, infrastructure and services.
Key responsibilities
- Drive profitable revenue growth and hyper‑incremental business in assigned strategic accounts.
- Develop deep understanding of each client’s IT roadmap, domain solutions and growth or pain points.
- Collaborate with Lenovo’s extended teams to design and present integrated solution sets.
- Maintain detailed account plans, track progress, and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve financial and non‑financial targets while expanding Lenovo’s wallet share.
Required profile
- BE/BTech with an MBA preferred.
- 12–18 years total experience, including at least 10 years in enterprise sales.
- Minimum 3 years of solution/software sales in a consultative/value‑selling environment.
- Strong knowledge of the local enterprise ecosystem, channel partners and resellers.
- Proven ability to build relationships, understand customer goals and align them with Lenovo solutions.
