About the role

LinkedIn is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join its Sales Solutions team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Based in Mumbai (with hybrid work), you will partner with sales partners to help customers realise the value of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and drive adoption and engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader for assigned customers, championing their success with Sales Navigator.
  • Manage a book of business, prioritising key lifecycle events and ensuring smooth onboarding and product adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, implementation, insights) to co‑create solutions that increase adoption and reduce churn risk.
  • Provide ongoing consultation, best‑practice recommendations and change‑management guidance to help customers achieve ROI.
  • Identify low‑utilisation signals, propose corrective actions and maintain healthy engagement levels.

Required profile

  • Strong commitment to diversity, inclusion and belonging.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to act as a customer champion and drive strategic outcomes.
  • Experience guiding customers through change‑management processes.

Required skills

  • Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
