Business Development Executive – US Bookkeeping Services

About the role

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to support our U.S. bookkeeping operations. The role involves outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling, requiring strong English communication and basic accounting knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S. businesses promoting bookkeeping and accounting services.
• Qualify leads, understand client needs, and schedule appointments or demos for the U.S. leadership team.
• Maintain CRM, call logs, and lead database.
• Support email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Coordinate with the U.S. team for onboarding and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English (neutral accent preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele‑sales, or lead generation (BPO/finance preferred).
• Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Target‑driven and self‑motivated.
