About the role
The Manager – Sales & Project Management will be responsible for acquiring new customer projects and ensuring their successful execution through standard project management processes. This role acts as a key enabler for business growth by securing new projects and delivering them on time.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with customers during pre‑selling, quotation, negotiation, project contracting and development phases.
- Manage system project acquisition and execution, ensuring smooth hand‑over to logistics for series supply.
- Update project status regularly via Open Point List and present status in team/management review meetings.
- Review and escalate project or customer‑specific issues to leadership for appropriate intervention.
- Plan R&D cost, special earnings and monitor budget utilization against target business plans and forecasts.
- Monitor product cost, price, volume and overall project budget.
- Handle price management reconciliation topics such as FOREX, PCR, RMI, ECI.
- Consolidate, report and manage OEM data, including volume planning, prognostics and long‑term forecasts.
- Prepare required documents for internal strategy meetings.
