Senior Manager - National Accounts

About the role

Swiggy is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its National Accounts team, responsible for managing relationships with the country’s largest restaurant chains. The role is fully remote and focuses on driving sustainable, profitable growth through strategic partnership and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end management of national restaurant chain accounts, ensuring mutually profitable growth.
• Develop long‑term strategic partnerships leveraging joint business plans (JBPs).
• Utilise business metrics and data resources to generate actionable insights for partners.
• Manage the full P&L for each partner, understanding financial drivers and making informed decisions.
• Coordinate onboarding, POS integration, menu updates, and operational performance metrics.
• Streamline processes and systems to enhance the customer experience.
• Align monthly consumer activation and app marketing initiatives with internal teams.
• Identify and create new growth avenues, including out‑of‑app marketing solutions.
• Resolve partner issues promptly and escalate to appropriate internal stakeholders.
• Monitor competitive landscape and partner positioning within the ecosystem.

Required profile

• Graduate with at least 6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• Proven decision‑making ability and experience building strategic plans for restaurant partnerships.
• Result‑oriented, data‑forward mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Extensive network of contacts across various organisational levels.
