Web Developer – React, Laravel & MySQL (Hybrid)

About the role

Highshine IT Solutions is looking for a Web Developer who will blend hands‑on development with growth‑focused optimisation. Working in a hybrid setting, you will ensure the company’s websites are fast, secure, and continuously improving to turn visitors into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain company websites across India and Europe using React.js, Laravel and MySQL, including API integrations, feature development and bug fixes.
• Own website performance, UX and conversion rates; analyse user behaviour, reduce page‑load times and identify growth opportunities.
• Run A/B tests and growth experiments on landing pages, forms and CTAs, implementing winning variations with marketing and leadership.
• Configure and maintain tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and CRM/marketing‑automation platforms to ensure accurate lead tracking.
• Implement technical SEO and Core Web Vitals improvements, supporting multi‑region optimisation for European markets.
• Manage regional domains, localisation and brand consistency across international sites.
• Gather requirements from leadership, sales and marketing, prioritise initiatives and validate solutions before and after launch.
• Create website visuals, banners and campaign creatives using Figma or Canva, ensuring brand alignment.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on user experience and conversion optimisation.
• Ability to collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with autonomy over day‑to‑day changes.
