Voice Agent – Customer Service & Sales (US Voice Process)

About the role

As a Voice Analyst for the US Voice Process, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling from the United States. You will deliver outstanding customer service, address inquiries, and capture interest in purchasing our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Listen actively, ask probing questions, and understand customer needs.
• Provide accurate and timely information about products and services.
• Handle objections and concerns with empathy, aiming to close sales.
• Document all customer interactions and inquiry details.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company offerings, industry trends, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred (freshers and experienced candidates welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work onsite in Chandigarh and to rotate shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.

What we offer
