Telecaller Executive

About the role

The Telecaller Executive will engage potential and existing customers over the phone to promote Meadbery’s nutritional products and services. You will act as the first point of contact, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with prospects and existing customers via phone, introduce products, and address queries.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Promote and sell Meadbery’s nutritional supplements and related services.
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions, upselling where relevant.
• Build long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain and update customer data and sales pipeline using the company CRM.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in a direct‑to‑consumer supplement environment.
• Strong command of English and Hindi; Hinglish fluency is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone and in person.
• Empathetic listener with a solution‑oriented mindset and respect for client confidentiality.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in basic MS Office applications.
