Call Center Representative — International Dental Office Calling

About the role

We are looking for a confident Call Center Representative to contact dental offices in international markets. You will speak with receptionists and office managers, gather and confirm information, and keep accurate records of each conversation. The role requires strong English communication and a professional phone manner.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to dental offices and handle incoming calls as needed.
• Follow call scripts while adapting to each conversation and record outcomes in the CRM.
• Capture contact details, call outcomes and follow‑up actions accurately.
• Schedule callbacks and monitor progress until requests are resolved.
• Escalate complex questions to the appropriate support team.
• Meet quality, accuracy and productivity targets set for the role.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international calling or call‑center environments.
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation.
• Comfortable making frequent outbound calls and speaking with dental office staff.
• Ability to work the regular night shift in Chandigarh.

Required skills

• Proficient computer skills.
• Experience using a CRM or similar system.
