About the role
We are seeking a proactive telecaller to join our team in Chandigarh on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, informing them about Visa Now Services, understanding their needs, answering queries, following up, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate call records to convert enquiries into clients. You will work on‑site in Chandigarh, collaborating with the team to ensure high‑quality client interactions. The position requires good speaking skills in English and Hindi, as well as basic computer knowledge to log calls and manage client information.
Key responsibilities
