Fresher Process Associate – Voice & Semi‑Voice (Walk‑in)

About the role

HCL is conducting a walk‑in drive to recruit fresh graduates for a Process Associate position handling voice and semi‑voice interactions. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls for US‑based customers, with flexible shift timings including night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and initiate outbound calls as per campaign requirements.
• Follow prescribed scripts and quality standards to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Adapt to US shift timings and work collaboratively with the team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information in the system.

Required profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work US shift timings, including night shifts.
• Open to both inbound and outbound call handling.
• Fresh graduate (any UG or PG degree) except engineering/technical streams.
