Tax Consultant – Global Compliance & Reporting (Mumbai)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Tax Consultant to join our Global Compliance & Reporting team in Mumbai. The role involves delivering tax compliance and advisory services to clients, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual tax returns and e‑TDS returns.
• Draft and submit documents to tax authorities and represent clients during inspections.
• Advise on outbound and inbound employee structuring, including immigration and provident‑fund considerations for expatriates.
• Collaborate with tax professionals to deliver comprehensive tax solutions and maintain electronic working papers.
• Analyze data to produce accurate tax advisory and compliance products within agreed timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and uphold professional standards.

Required profile

• Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0‑1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
• Enthusiastic self‑starter and effective team player.
• Attention to detail and good time‑management skills.
