About the role
The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with business unit HR teams to drive recruitment performance, ensuring staffing budgets are met and hiring processes are efficient and compliant.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain 100 % adherence to the manpower budget versus actual headcount.
- Optimize the hiring source mix in line with the approved grid.
- Achieve quality‑of‑hire targets, including infant attrition and diversity hiring percentages.
- Ensure offer‑to‑acceptance turnaround time (TAT) is met from sourcing through onboarding.
- Oversee accurate and timely completion of all personnel documentation with HR business partners.
- Maintain compliance with recruitment process TAT and first‑time‑right (FTR) standards.
Required profile
- Proven ability to work closely with HR business partners and business unit leaders.
- Strong focus on meeting budget, source‑mix, quality‑of‑hire and compliance metrics.
- Experience ensuring timely and accurate documentation throughout the recruitment cycle.
