Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team of CC&L Financial Group, a leading asset manager in Canada with global operations. The role will be based in Gurugram and operates in a hybrid model, combining office collaboration with remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for CC&L Financial Group and its affiliates worldwide, partnering with hiring managers to identify and secure top talent.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, social media and other channels.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all organizational levels and ensure a positive hiring manager experience.
• Track and review talent acquisition metrics, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Continuously improve hiring processes and collaborate with HR leadership on strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of end‑to‑end talent acquisition experience, preferably in a matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment for roles at various seniority levels.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and organizational skills.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and ATS implementation.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
