Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for technology and IT‑infrastructure roles. You will partner with global stakeholders, source high‑quality candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring experience from initial contact to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, from requirement gathering to offer negotiation and joining formalities.
• Maintain strong global stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Monster, and LinkedIn, as well as social media and AI‑enabled tools.
• Shortlist and pitch candidates based on technical skills, rates, and location preferences.
• Negotiate salary and rates, ensuring timely submissions and accurate MIS reporting.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
• Recruit for junior, mid‑management, and leadership positions across IT, SAP, Intune, SCCM, Application Packaging, Networking, and Information Security domains.

Required profile

• Hands‑on recruiter with proven experience in IT mandates.
• Excellent candidate management and global stakeholder communication skills.
• Deep understanding of permanent and contractual staffing models in large IT services organizations.
• Proactive, “go‑getter” attitude with the ability to work independently on critical openings.
• Educational background: BE/B Tech or equivalent.
