Talent Acquisition Specialist – Marketing & Creative Recruitment

About the role

Scatter is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for its marketing, creative and agency teams. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, build strong talent pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt candidates across LinkedIn, referrals and creative communities for roles such as Content Writers, Designers, Video Producers, SEO Specialists, Account Managers, Strategists and Customer Success Operations.
• Conduct initial screening calls, coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, hiring criteria and provide market insights on salary benchmarks.
• Develop and maintain a talent database, leverage networks and referrals, and engage with industry talent communities.
• Track hiring metrics (time‑to‑hire, pipeline health) and keep recruitment documentation organized.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in marketing, creative, agency or start‑up environments.
• Proactive, organized and comfortable sourcing talent independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
