Workday Time Tracking Analyst

About the role

3M is seeking a Workday Time Tracking Analyst to join its global HR Technology team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing Workday Time Tracking solutions that support the company’s worldwide workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage Workday Time Tracking, handling change requests, support tickets, break‑fix items, and enhancements.
• Analyze and resolve defects, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions.
• Support deployment of Time Tracking for new countries and execute mass data loads using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Partner with HR Technology Portfolio Managers and Team Leads to prioritize work and meet delivery timelines.
• Participate in semi‑annual Workday release testing to ensure continuity of existing processes.
• Contribute to peer reviews and continuously improve team best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (completed before start date).
• Minimum four years of HR technology experience.
• At least four years of Workday configuration experience, specifically in Time Tracking.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Workday Time Tracking configuration.
• Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) for data loads.
• Workday Pro certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of global time‑tracking concepts, union rules, shift differentials, and premium pay.
