Senior Manager – Leadership Development Trainer

About the role

The Senior Manager – Leadership Development Trainer will design, implement and evaluate leadership development programs that build capability and support the leadership pipeline at Air India SATS. Reporting to the Learning & Talent Development department, the role partners with senior leaders to create end‑to‑end learning solutions for first‑time managers, middle managers and senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive leadership programs such as First Time Manager, LEAD and Elevate.
• Facilitate high‑impact workshops, development labs, action‑learning projects and experiential interventions.
• Partner with HR and business heads to assess capability gaps and set development priorities.
• Create and manage digital learning content, micro‑learning modules and resources on the LMS using tools like Canva.
• Administer and interpret psychometric and leadership assessments to guide development journeys.
• Manage external vendors, including training providers, executive coaches and assessment partners.
• Oversee program logistics, budgets and administrative aspects.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in leadership facilitation, coaching and digital learning content creation.
• Strong experience with psychometric‑based development interventions.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leaders, HR and business unit heads.
