Assistant Manager Training

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Training will lead end‑to‑end learning, sales enablement and content strategy for MyBiz, the corporate travel management platform of MakeMyTrip. You will design and run comprehensive training programs that equip sales and operations teams with the knowledge and tools needed to thrive in a fast‑changing market.

Key responsibilities

• Onboarding & Induction – Design and execute structured onboarding programs to ensure new joiners are role‑ready.
• Learning & Capability Development – Drive continuous learning for sales teams through curricula, refresher sessions and advanced modules.
• Assessment & Evaluation – Create milestone‑based evaluation frameworks to measure product understanding and role readiness.
• Training Needs Analysis – Identify capability gaps using performance data, manager feedback and field observations.
• Content Development & Management – Produce and maintain SOPs, process notes, handbooks and learning manuals.
• Client‑Facing Content Creation – Develop product‑related communications for clients, including feature updates.
• Product & Feature Enablement – Support new product launches by preparing frontline teams through structured enablement programs.
• Engagement & Learning Culture – Run learning campaigns, quizzes and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Learning Innovation & Digital Enablement – Introduce AI‑led training modules, demo simulations and build scalable digital learning ecosystems using LMS, micro‑learning and self‑serve modules.

Required profile

• MBA from a reputed institute.
• 5‑7 years of experience in training, content creation, design and strategic planning.
• Exposure to sales, operations, partner enablement or capability development environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with content creation tools and presentation software.
• Proficiency with digital learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
