Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition will lead high‑volume hiring initiatives, ensuring the organization meets its workforce goals with quality talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to design and execute end‑to‑end recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end mass recruitment for multiple roles, balancing quality and quantity.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and achieve hiring targets.
• Conduct bulk interviews, organize recruitment events, and oversee vendor partnerships for large‑scale hiring.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and improve offer‑to‑joining ratios.
• Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to continuously optimise hiring processes.

Required profile

• 6‑9 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in mass or bulk hiring.
• Background in BPO/KPO, Retail, BFSI, manufacturing, or other high‑volume hiring sectors is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring drives and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, and Indeed.
• Familiarity with recruitment analytics and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
