Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Build software that ensures people get paid. PrismHR is a leading HR, payroll and benefits platform serving employer‑services organizations across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Own features end‑to‑end, developing the front‑end with Angular and TypeScript and the back‑end with Node.js/Express APIs.
• Lead code reviews, mentor engineers and collaborate directly with product and QA teams.
• Modernize a mature payroll engine and integrate it with a modern cloud stack without interrupting pay runs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of strong JavaScript and TypeScript experience, plus hands‑on Node.js or Go.
• Real single‑page application experience using Angular.
• Experience building REST APIs and micro‑services with Express.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, SCSS, Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
• 8+ years total software development experience.
• Practical use of AI‑assisted coding tools such as Copilot or Claude.
• Experience with NoSQL or multi‑value (PICK) databases.
