About the role
Amazon is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Worldwide Customer Service Finance (CSF) team in Hyderabad. You will act as the financial owner for assigned sites, partnering with operational leaders to drive performance, manage risks, and identify growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage month‑end close, financial reporting and variance analysis for assigned business areas.
- Develop and maintain forecasts, financial plans and KPI dashboards.
- Perform root‑cause analysis, financial modeling and scenario planning.
- Partner with operations, retail, technology and HR to optimize costs while enhancing customer experience.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to increase productivity.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business finance, accounting, FP&A or controllership.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory.
- Strong analytical mindset with commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to communicate insights and influence business decisions.
