About the role
This is a specialised non‑financial risk position focused on the Rates & Credit business. You will provide deep subject‑matter expertise across products, activities, risk themes and control environments, supporting effective risk management in line with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the senior SME for non‑financial risk matters impacting the Rates & Credit business, offering expert advice and credible challenge.
- Support the global Rates & Credit business with risk identification, control uplift, governance enhancements and responses to emerging issues.
- Provide specialist input for complex investigations, thematic reviews, assurance activities and risk events, including root‑cause analysis and development of remediation plans.
Required profile
- Proven experience in non‑financial risk within a rates and credit context.
- Strong analytical and data‑driven insight capabilities.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive governance improvements.
