About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of RFID and EAS solutions across South India. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, managing enterprise accounts and expanding our presence in retail, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, warehousing and supply‑chain sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries.
- Drive end‑to‑end sales cycles: prospecting, client meetings, solution presentations, negotiations and closures.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
- Develop long‑term relationships with customers, partners, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Promote RFID and EAS solutions using a consultative selling approach.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows and industry events to generate leads.
- Coordinate with pre‑sales, technical and operations teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Manage key accounts to ensure satisfaction, repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates and market intelligence to management.
Required profile
- 15‑20 years of experience in solution‑based or technology sales.
- Proven track record in RFID/EAS business development and enterprise sales.
- Strong network and market knowledge across South India.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required.
