Executive – AID Relationship Manager (Noida)

About the role

This field position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with Architects and Interior Designers (AIDs) across Noida. You will act as the primary point of contact for a range of home‑decor product categories, helping AIDs source the right solutions for their projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing AIDs, addressing their product needs promptly.
• Onboard new AIDs, creating and updating a comprehensive database of active architects in the assigned geography.
• Plan and drive potential business opportunities through AIDs for categories such as luxury lighting, kitchen & wardrobe, sanitaryware, UPVC windows & doors, textures, wood finishes, wallpapers, and fabrics.
• Generate leads by presenting catalogs, brochures, and new product launches, and schedule meetings to deepen engagement.
• Conduct site visits to end‑customer homes, act as the escalation point, and ensure smooth integration of home‑decor solutions.
• Coordinate with internal category teams for backend support and seamless execution.
• Maintain weekly trackers covering catalog distribution, product briefings, and AID site visits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or relationship management within the home‑decor, interior design, or related sectors.
• Strong communication and networking abilities to engage architects and designers.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage a territory, and meet targets.
