About the role
Advance Cooling Towers is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead revenue generation across its product portfolio in the Western region of Maharashtra. The role combines strategic planning, team development, and direct customer engagement to drive growth and ensure high‑quality sales execution.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage revenue across all product lines within the assigned region.
- Maintain quality standards for Sales Associates and Area Sales Managers.
- Implement and achieve billing targets for the region.
- Strategize, plan, and oversee the sales process management.
- Periodically review performance of sales staff, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct customer and training seminars as required.
- Secure timely approvals from consultants and government bodies.
- Authorize sales orders, negotiate quotations, and set pricing within prescribed limits.
Required profile
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 15 years of relevant industry experience, or any graduate with 20 years of experience in a similar sector.
- Proven track record in sales leadership and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and business development capabilities.
