About the role
This position is responsible for driving sales turnover and delivering a seamless customer experience from lead generation to conversion. You will build and nurture a network of influencers such as interior designers, kitchen studios, bath stores, and trade partners to generate new business.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and generate value at category and source‑of‑awareness levels.
- Identify and pursue cost‑effective opportunities to reach end consumers.
- Own the full customer journey, ensuring high conversion rates and 100% collection efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with influencers and act as the first point of contact for escalations.
- Monitor competition, raise the bar for customer experience, and ensure timely complaint resolution.
- Drive adoption of sales tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency.
Required profile
- Achievement‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong customer‑centric mindset and ability to handle escalations.
- Analytical mindset to understand competition and improve processes.
