About the role
HIC Global Solutions is seeking a senior‑level Business Development Executive to drive international B2B sales of its SaaS and CRM solutions. The role is focused on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals with enterprise clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Generate new leads and acquire clients across international markets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using outbound strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in product‑based Salesforce, SaaS, or CRM sales.
- Strong background in outbound and international sales.
- Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent communication and client‑handling abilities.
