About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Cluster Manager to lead the Two‑Wheeler (TW) business across a designated cluster. The role focuses on expanding dealer networks, driving sales growth and ensuring seamless relationships with dealers and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for the TW segment.
- Empanel, train and nurture dealer networks to maximise market coverage.
- Manage new business tie‑ups, including dealer and manufacturer collaborations.
- Drive profitability by working closely with Territory Managers and the broader sales team.
- Identify training needs and coach the team to improve performance.
- Coordinate marketing and sales promotion initiatives with the product team.
- Promote consumer loan products through open market, branch channels and dealers.
- Organise display activities across corporate and branch locations.
- Provide market intelligence, product proposals and regular MIS reports.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the automotive or two‑wheeler sector.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with dealers and customers.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
