Cluster Manager – Two Wheeler Business

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Cluster Manager to lead the Two‑Wheeler (TW) business across a designated cluster. The role focuses on expanding dealer networks, driving sales growth and ensuring seamless relationships with dealers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the TW segment.
• Empanel, train and nurture dealer networks to maximise market coverage.
• Manage new business tie‑ups, including dealer and manufacturer collaborations.
• Drive profitability by working closely with Territory Managers and the broader sales team.
• Identify training needs and coach the team to improve performance.
• Coordinate marketing and sales promotion initiatives with the product team.
• Promote consumer loan products through open market, branch channels and dealers.
• Organise display activities across corporate and branch locations.
• Provide market intelligence, product proposals and regular MIS reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development within the automotive or two‑wheeler sector.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with dealers and customers.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
