Sales Manager – Retail (DST) – Jhansi

About the role

The Sales Manager (DST – Retail) will lead the growth of ABC Digital’s financial product portfolio within the ABG ecosystem in Jhansi. The role focuses on driving top‑line revenue by acquiring new customers, cross‑selling to existing clients, and building strong relationships with plant employees, their families and local communities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business opportunities in ABG plants, factories and surrounding townships.
• Conduct marketing and awareness activities to promote ABC Digital’s financial products.
• Achieve sales targets, maintain a healthy product mix and increase customer acquisition.
• Provide end‑to‑end service and after‑sales support to employees and workers.
• Visit ABG facilities regularly, build relationships with plant heads and key influencers.
• Collaborate with ABC Digital’s omni‑channel teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Report sales performance and market insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel frequently to plant/factory locations.
• Ability to engage with diverse audiences—from senior management to shop‑floor workers.
• Strong communication skills for financial product education.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and able to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on delivering superior service.
