About the role
The Zonal Sales Manager – Retail (Unsecured Self‑Employed) will lead the growth of unsecured loan products across the Lucknow zone, aligning with national objectives for book size, profitability and portfolio health.
Key responsibilities
- Execute business objectives for the zone in line with national segment targets for book size, profitability and portfolio management.
- Drive retail unsecured loan sales across the Lucknow zone, achieving volume and revenue targets.
- Monitor portfolio health, enforce stringent controls to minimise delinquency and maintain loan quality.
- Develop and manage channel relationships, understanding regional occupations, trade patterns and local financial preferences.
- Collaborate with the National Head – STSL/STUL/PL/BL to align strategies and report performance.
- Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to structure competitive loan products and generate leads.
Required profile
- Proven ability to meet sales targets in a high‑volume retail lending environment.
- Strong understanding of unsecured loan products and portfolio risk management.
- Experience in managing regional sales teams and coordinating with senior leadership.
- Analytical mindset to interpret market characteristics and drive profitable growth.
