About the role

The Branch Manager will lead retail sales operations in Lucknow, driving revenue growth and expanding market share. This role focuses on building strong distribution networks, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance across all activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and increase the branch’s market share.
  • Maximise business in the assigned territory through distribution channels such as IFAs, banks, PSUs and NDs.
  • Empanel and activate untapped and potential channel partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retail clients, ensuring high transaction volumes.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new distribution channel partners.
  • Provide timely information on schemes and industry updates to distributors.
  • Monitor compliance with regulations and statutory requirements, assisting partners to adhere to standards.
  • Oversee branch administration, ensuring smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit sales and performance reports to Cluster and Zonal Heads.
  • Manage, train, and develop team members, ensuring AMFI certification and monitoring monthly performance.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in branch or retail sales management.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing distribution channels and partner networks.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to train and develop teams.
