About the role
We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Facility Management team in Gurgaon. The role involves managing end‑to‑end payroll processes for a growing workforce while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Process payroll for all employees on a regular schedule, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain payroll records, verify data, and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align payroll with attendance, benefits, and tax requirements.
- Stay updated on local labor laws and payroll compliance standards.
- Generate payroll reports and support audits as needed.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably within the Facility Management industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and payroll compliance.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with payroll software tools and applications.
