About the role
EY is seeking an Assistant Manager to join its Talent team in Gurgaon, focusing on HR operations and learning & development. The role supports the L&D function by assessing learning needs, managing calendars, budgets and delivering training initiatives that align with the firm’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct learning need assessments and develop yearly/quarterly training calendars.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and learning SPOCs to gather requirements and prioritize learning initiatives.
- Assist in budgeting and planning for L&D based on identified priorities.
- Project‑manage learning programs, ensuring smooth deployment, timely escalation and issue resolution.
- Create and publish new courses on SuccessFactors LMS.
- Liaise with business units to build business cases for external trainings.
- Monitor end‑to‑end delivery of external training programs and address any delays.
- Review learning MIS for accuracy, analyse trends and produce insights.
Required profile
- Experience at Assistant Manager, Manager or Senior Manager level in HR, L&D or related functions.
- Strong understanding of learning need assessment, training calendar management and L&D budgeting.
- Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
