About the role
Vialto Partners is seeking a Client Coordination Manager to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery to its global mobility clients. The role focuses on supporting clients through complex tax, immigration and mobility regulations while maintaining high standards of client service.
Key responsibilities
- Guarantee efficient, compliant service provision to a varied client base.
- Assist clients in navigating cross‑border tax, immigration and mobility issues.
- Conduct training sessions and provide guidance on system use and issue resolution.
- Ensure all client documentation complies with current tax and mobility regulations.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Generate and deliver management reports to internal stakeholders.
- Oversee accurate financial reporting using technology platforms.
- Manage vendor invoices, cash allocations, billing and reconciliation of complex backing sheets.
- Support teams with onboarding new clients.
Required profile
- 6–9 years of experience in Global Mobility or Employment Tax.
- Strong exposure to cross‑border assignment coordination.
- Client‑facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Background in a Big 4 or similar consulting firm preferred.
