About the role
The Full Lifecycle Recruiter – Stores TA partners with hiring teams to design and execute talent acquisition strategies that meet business hiring needs. You will act as a trusted advisor within the Global HR organization, delivering high‑quality candidate experiences and supporting both strategic and tactical recruitment initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies and set realistic timelines.
- Source, screen, and interview active and passive candidates, building a pipeline of qualified talent.
- Maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
- Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers and interview teams to ensure interview readiness.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Participate in special projects, such as improving interview techniques and identifying top performers for senior‑level roles.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related recruiting functions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize competing demands.
- Strong understanding of client needs, market trends, and hiring conditions.
