Full Lifecycle Recruiter – Stores Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Full Lifecycle Recruiter – Stores TA partners with hiring teams to design and execute talent acquisition strategies that meet business hiring needs. You will act as a trusted advisor within the Global HR organization, delivering high‑quality candidate experiences and supporting both strategic and tactical recruitment initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies and set realistic timelines.
• Source, screen, and interview active and passive candidates, building a pipeline of qualified talent.
• Maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
• Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers and interview teams to ensure interview readiness.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Participate in special projects, such as improving interview techniques and identifying top performers for senior‑level roles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related recruiting functions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize competing demands.
• Strong understanding of client needs, market trends, and hiring conditions.
