Senior Talent Partner – Tech Recruitment

About the role

As a Senior Talent Partner – Tech Recruitment at Meesho, you will own end‑to‑end hiring for critical engineering teams and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders. You will help shape Meesho’s hiring strategy by leveraging data‑driven insights and AI‑powered recruiting tools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full‑cycle recruitment for tech roles including SDE, data platform, data science, ML, infrastructure and mobile.
• Meet quarterly and annual hiring targets across multiple business units while maintaining high offer‑to‑join conversion rates.
• Partner with engineering leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners to define hiring plans and provide market intelligence.
• Track and improve metrics such as time‑to‑hire, funnel conversion, and offer acceptance using dashboards and analytics.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities throughout the hiring lifecycle to boost speed and quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior technical recruiting or talent partnership roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Data‑oriented mindset with experience using metrics to drive process improvements.
• Passion for leveraging AI and automation in talent acquisition.

Required skills

• Experience with recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Familiarity with data‑driven recruiting analytics.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts as applied to talent acquisition.
