About the role
MYCPEONE is seeking a proactive HR & Administration Executive to join its growing team in Nagpur. The role combines employee relations support with day‑to‑day office management, ensuring a well‑structured and engaging workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, address employee concerns, and promote engagement initiatives while maintaining confidential records.
- Oversee daily office operations as Vendor Manager, manage filing systems, coordinate internal events, and provide administrative support to senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative functions.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
