Lead – Non-Labour Compliances

About the role

We are looking for a Lead – Non‑Labour Compliances to oversee and drive all non‑labour licensing activities across the region. The role will act as the primary point of contact for new registrations, renewals, mandatory approvals and licence surrender, ensuring full compliance with all required licences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all compliance operations related to non‑labour licences and other mandatory approvals.
• Collaborate with regional People and Operations teams to gather requirements and mandatory documents.
• Develop and implement processes to improve licensing and registration activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional People, Operations teams and compliance vendors.
• Initiate licensing tasks one to two months in advance to avoid delays.
• Work with legal, finance and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of licensing activities.
• Maintain daily operational trackers and keep records of licences and related documents.
• Prepare monthly status reports on all licences for business groups and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or relevant certifications a plus).
• 10‑15 years of experience managing non‑labour compliance, such as factory compliance roles.
• Strong background in operational management and stakeholder/vendor relationship management.
• Proven experience in vendor management.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities.
