Manager – Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection (Site)

About the role

The Manager – Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection (Site) leads the planning, supervision and execution of all steel erection activities on the construction site. The role ensures safety, quality and schedule compliance while coordinating with design, procurement and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise erection of steel components, precast elements, equipment supports and heavy assemblies.
• Interpret erection drawings, GFCs and sequencing plans to guide the execution team.
• Ensure all activities comply with structural design, method statements and safety standards.
• Coordinate with design, planning and procurement to secure drawings, components, tools and equipment on time.
• Supervise riggers, fitters, welders, crane operators and other erection personnel.

Required profile

• ITI/Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 15‑20 years of experience leading fabrication and erection of steel, precast or heavy structures in industrial construction.
• Proficiency in local language; working knowledge of English and/or Hindi preferred.
