Engineer - New Product Development

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Engineer to lead new product development for our architectural products and aluminium façade systems. The role focuses on creating innovative solutions, improving existing offerings, and customizing products to meet client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop new architectural and aluminium façade products.
• Identify and implement product improvements to enhance performance and cost‑effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to customize solutions for specific projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural products or aluminium façade systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or an MBA with a focus on Marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
