About the role

We are looking for a Manager to lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements for clients in the Consumer & Retail sector across Delhi/NCR. The role involves shaping growth strategies, driving performance improvement and delivering digital and omnichannel transformations while managing client relationships and mentoring junior consultants.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead full‑cycle consulting projects covering growth strategy, market entry, go‑to‑market planning, sales acceleration, cost optimisation and operating model redesign.
  • Translate business challenges into structured frameworks and deliver executive‑ready presentations.
  • Serve as the primary day‑to‑day client interface, build relationships with senior stakeholders and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Manage, mentor and develop analysts, associates and senior associates, overseeing work planning and review cycles.
  • Support business development through proposal writing, pitch decks and thought‑leadership content such as whitepapers.

Required profile

  • 5–10 years of experience in management consulting or strategy roles within consumer or retail organisations.
  • MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute (or equivalent strong academic background).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and build repeat business.
