About the role
Petpooja is looking for a proactive Relationship Manager to drive the adoption of its Restaurant Billing Platform and associated value‑added services across the Ahmedabad market. You will act as the primary point of contact for restaurant owners, helping them understand how our solutions can streamline their operations.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits and market references, and actively approach restaurants to onboard them onto Petpooja.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with restaurant owners by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Close contracts, respond to inquiries from new and existing clients, and achieve sales targets for both the core product and VAS.
- Organise and participate in promotional events and local marketing activities to boost brand visibility.
- Own operational and administrative aspects of sales, including reporting, process optimisation and system improvements.
- Provide regular performance insights to management and recommend actions to improve service delivery.
- Resolve client issues using the escalation matrix to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 1‑4 years of professional sales experience, preferably in SaaS or restaurant technology.
- Problem‑solving attitude and customer‑oriented mindset.
- Strong influencing and presentability skills; fluent communication.
- Own a two‑wheeler, a valid driving licence and a laptop for client demos.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices.
