JaP/HSE Manager / Deputy Manager

About the role

The position leads Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management for Bosch’s Jaipur Powertrain Solutions plant, overseeing compliance, risk assessment and incident handling for diesel component production.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to local and national EHS & ESG regulations such as BRSR, CSRD, Environment Protection Rules, Factories Act, PESO, FIRE Licenses and CPCB’s EPR requirements.
• Monitor updates to environmental and safety legislation and incorporate changes into company policies.
• Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance with HSE standards.
• Identify potential hazards through risk assessments and develop mitigation measures.
• Investigate workplace incidents, near‑misses and accidents, determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain emergency response procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HSE management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indian environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Ability to lead audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
