Head of Maintenance – Immediate Joiner

About the role

Agrasen Engineering Industries is seeking a Head of Maintenance to lead its on‑site maintenance function in Jaipur. This senior position is responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of all production equipment and facilities, supporting the company’s high‑volume auto component manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance strategy aligned with ISO/TS 16949 standards.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive maintenance activities across the plant.
• Oversee corrective maintenance and repair work to minimise downtime.
• Lead and mentor a diverse maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor equipment performance, analyse failure trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
• Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in auto components.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions under pressure.
